PotluckPilot is a platform that helps you discover recipes, plan potluck events, coordinate with participants, and get AI-powered suggestions. We offer both free and subscription-based features including:

• Recipe browsing and saving
• Potluck event creation and management
• RSVP and dish claim coordination
• Potluck AI chat assistant
• Shopping list generation
• Affiliate shopping recommendations

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You must be at least 13 years old to use PotluckPilot. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

When you submit recipes, create events, or post content on PotluckPilot:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and use your content on the platform
• You represent that you have the right to share the content and it does not infringe on others' rights
• You agree your submitted recipes may be featured and credited to you if approved by our team

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is inappropriate.

You agree not to:

• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to compromise the security of the platform
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

PotluckPilot offers subscription plans (PotLuck Pro) with enhanced features. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel
• Our refund policy: Refunds are handled through Stripe and subject to their policies. Contact us for refund requests.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

PotluckPilot participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you purchase products through our Amazon affiliate links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help support the operation of PotluckPilot.

Our AI-powered features (Potluck AI, recipe suggestions, image generation) are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. Always verify:

• Recipe instructions and ingredient measurements before cooking
• Dietary information and allergen warnings
• Food safety and preparation guidelines

We are not responsible for issues arising from following AI-generated suggestions.

PotluckPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate recipe information or dietary data
• Issues arising from potluck events organized through our platform
• Food safety or allergic reactions
• Third-party services (Stripe, Amazon, AI providers)
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Upon termination, your right to use PotluckPilot ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
